- 50% down payment reserves your horse(s)
- Down payment is non-refundable. Exception being in the event of death or horse suffers major injury.
- Balance is due prior to shipping or on 9/15/24, whichever comes first.
- Foals are guaranteed to be sound at weaning.
- After 9/15/24 all risk transfers to buyer.
- 10% multiple horse discount will be applied to balance due payment.
