2. Down payment is non-refundable. Exception being in the event of death or horse suffers major injury.
3. Balance is due prior to shipping or on 9/15/24, whichever comes first.
4. Foals are guaranteed to be sound at weaning.
5. After 9/15/24 all risk transfers to buyer.
6. 10% multiple horse discount will be applied to balance due payment.
